The footprint and room arrangement are traced from Cubo Arquitectos’ Planta 1 / Planta 2, Propuesta 2, February 2020. Key dimensions set the model’s scale. Furniture, appliances and visible finishes follow the later May 2022 photographs where they differ from the proposed furniture plan.

What is approximate

This is a navigable reconstruction, not a measured as-built scan. Wall tracing, openings, furniture placement and the staircase are estimated. Standard ceiling height (2.8 m), level spacing (3.1 m), and the enclosed double-height living ceiling (5.9 m) are visualization assumptions. The drawings are proposed layouts; later alterations may differ.

The rooftop uses the photographed lounge in the plan’s “salón de juegos” area. The jacuzzi follows the drawn deck location and later photographs. Bedroom-photo assignments are approximate.

The September 2026 review of all 126 Dropbox photos supplements the dimensioned-plan review. The primary suite connects through its closet and window-side bedroom doorway, with a clear frameless shower door, chrome pull, double vanity and tub. Photos 53–55, 63–66 and 74–83 guide the pale stone and wardrobe details; photo 92 now guides the upstairs bathroom finishes. Photos 1–2 guide the powder room’s botanical wall covering and wood floor. Pantry and laundry finishes remain representative. The gym’s steam room follows the dark mosaic benches and ceiling pin lights in photos 94–95 and 103.

The downstairs seating follows the two perpendicular black leather sofas in photos 18, 25 and 26, with the main couch moved to the opposing wall to face the timber TV wall. The timber front door follows the plan entrance and photos 5 and 7, with a black surround, lever, hinges and peephole. Choose Front door & office to face it directly. The black diamond-mesh desk and illuminated shelves sit immediately to its left from inside. Tan butterfly chairs and eight blue dining chairs complete the social area. The patio has gray tile, a gray loveseat, a round table and four slatted chairs. The sliding doorway remains open and clear for walking. Living furniture blocks movement so the camera cannot enter a sofa or table.

Materials and detail

Low leather sofas, loose cushions, curved butterfly-chair slings, timber joinery, appliances, taps and layered planting interpret the photographs. The mural and powder-room wallpaper use perspective-corrected portions of the original photos; hidden edges and unlit colors cannot be recovered exactly. The entry desk wall is plain black and the patio plant wall has no neon sign, following the owner’s corrections. The rooftop ivory sectional has one continuous base and attached chaise, with the television opposite above its white console.

The owner’s night photo guides red uplights in the statue alcove. They remain off in daylight, gradually brighten through sunset and fade out at dawn with the time-of-day slider. The repeat review of all 126 Dropbox photos also adds the guest vanity’s chrome magnifying mirror and the illuminated square recesses above the rain showers.

The owner’s stairwell photograph guides a glossy ivory vinyl sculpture in the left alcove, with long ears, recessed skull-shaped face, gloves and chunky shoes. It is a modeled approximation at an estimated 1.34 m height. The photo review also adds Bedroom 3’s two headboard shelves, open black bedroom media shelves, rounded wood stool backs, and warm stair-tread lights. Existing owner corrections take precedence over the older photographs.

The owner's newer TV photographs guide the fine brown timber slats, dark screens and fabric-covered soundbars in the primary bedroom and foyer. The primary soundbar mounts directly beneath its TV. The foyer includes a glossy floating cabinet with an open equipment shelf, visible cables, and a smoked timber entrance door in a dark recess. Screen sizes and mounting heights are estimated from the photographs; reflections use the model's lighting environment. The master reference is cropped to omit phone controls and the camera-roll strip.

The kitchen includes its refrigerator, stacked oven and microwave, gas cooktop and hood, island sink and spring faucet, four wood stools, cabinetry, coffee station and wine cooler. Bedroom, living room, bathroom and upstairs guest-room TVs are modeled on their photographed mounting surfaces. Dimensions and exact bedroom assignments remain approximate. Surface textures are representative, not scans of the apartment’s exact finishes.

The city around La Guarida

The distant skyline is a real El Poblado photograph. It is wrapped around the model with a mirrored return sector; it was not taken from La Guarida and is not a full 360° capture. The view alignment, nearby buildings, greenery and building exterior are illustrative. Open Actual photos at the rooftop viewpoint to compare with the apartment’s own views.

Time of day: the 24-hour slider changes the entire sky, cloud colors, sunlight direction and strength, shadows, reflections, camera exposure and warm room lights together. Sunset transitions into blue hour and night, with subdued moonlight and city windows. The daytime panorama is tinted and darkened; it is not a separate night photograph. Sun and moon positions, weather and neighboring buildings are illustrative, not a dated solar study or live weather view.
